About CCC Acting Studio

From a very young age she loved to perform in front of large crowds when ever given the chance. Tameka fell in love with theatre from watching her father Sherman Wiggs Jr. perform on the stage.

Tameka has shaped her son's career and coached him into some of Hollywood's prominent films such as Marvels "Black Panther"

Tameka went on to study at Chapman University in Orange Ca, the alma mater to both her parents where she received her Bachelors degree in Theatre Arts. After taking time away from the main stage, Tameka found herself coaching her son Seth Carr as he got older. Tameka has shaped her son’s career and coached him into some of Hollywood’s prominent films such as Marvels “Black Panther” where he portrayed the young version of Erik Killmonger who was played by Michael B. Jordan, “Breaking In’ starring alongside Gabrielle Union. Also known for TV shows such as Nickelodeon’s “Knight Squad” as Fizzwick, Bosch, Code Black , Brooklyn Nine-Nine just to name a few. With much success and such a strong passion for acting Tameka Cruel wanted to create a studio for all young actors to learn how to create an environment with the space that is given ( such as the audition room), utilize a range of different emotions, making strong choices in their scene work, listening skills, and most importantly having FUN!!!

CCC stands for Create Confident Characters, and since opening our doors in 2017 in Orange County Ca, I can confidently say that our studio has and continues to bring out the best in its Actors. From Television to the Big Screen CCC ACTING STUDIO ACTORS ARE working consistently on hit shows, feature films and national commercials and let’s not forget our VO actors who have animation series on Netflix, Cartoon Network, Nickeloden, Disney Channel just to name a few. Creating a space that allows its actors to be bold, take risk, make strong choices and most importantly believing in themselves was always my biggest vision helping young actors to sustain a successful career!
